If you follow this blog you might have noticed I quite enjoy the work of Iwakoshi Kunio. 

It's true, something about the lurid stories of sex and violence from the 70's that he put out are hugely entertaining to me. A different flavour entirely from todays manga in many ways. 

(Yes I realise how hipster that sounds.)

However I pretty much burned myself out finishing a tankobon of his last year (Which you can find over here) and mostly vanished for a year - whoops.

Hopefully this time I will be sensible and pace myself a bit more. 

Maybe. We live in hope.

As soon as I saw this cover I knew I wanted to work on it. Who could resist such a fun looking pulp art style? Some have said to me that the art feels a bit dated, well that's because this was first published some time around 1978, classic!

I hope that you enjoy this project as much as I have enjoyed the (long) process of getting it to this stage! This translation has technically been around 36 years coming so, I think it's high time to bring the work of Iwakoshi Kunio into english.
