[Strange Scans] cranks the retro up a notch with this release of a Monster Maker doujinshi - exact release date and circle unknown. I'm guessing it was around 1993 - 1995 though.
Monster maker is a RPG game released in 1993 based on the popular card based game of the same name from 1988.
