[Strange Scans] delivers yet again with another crate digging rare release 'Merry Seven - Volume 0'. This is a Doujinshi based on the American cop show CHiPs which ran from 1977 to 1983 (see here for more information about the show). It appears to be from 1992 from what I can tell and contains a minimal amount of actual fan art in favour of what seems to be old BBS printouts and an episode list.
Also some technical notes; it had a real home made feel and if you look on pages three, ten or fifteen you can see where pieces of paper have been stuck onto the page while for the photocopy (yes I left that in). I liked the tape binding on the spine too, thats a new one.
