[Strange Scans] is proud to present an artbook, release for the series Dominion Tank Police. This is no other than 'Dominion Creations' a 1988 release of sketches and reference image by Masamune Shirow. As it is an artbook the size of it is larger than usual by a fair bit, hence the size.
Also, yes it does say Criations, and not Creations. But I'm assuming that this it was supposed to be Creations.
